Create or open a project, add image files, select the images you want to process, run Detect faces, review the People page, then open individual images in the editor when you want to fine-tune or export them.

Projects organize a set of images and their saved face data. You can create a new project, rename it, delete it, search projects, and switch between grid and list views.

The app accepts common image files including PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC, TIFF, AVIF, GIF, BMP, JFIF, and ICO. You can add images with the file picker or drag files into the workspace.

BlurFish scans the selected project images for faces, saves the detections to the project, and updates People so faces can be grouped and reviewed across the project.

The People page groups detected faces so you can decide per person. Choose Blur for people who should be hidden, or Do not blur for people who should stay visible.

Yes. You can create a new person, rename people, delete people, drag face cutouts between people, drop a face onto New person, confirm assignments, or ignore uncertain face cutouts.

Review uncertain helps with faces the local grouping is not confident about.

Your imported photos and project data are stored on your device. The app uses the internet for license activation and validation only.

Open a detected image in the editor. You can redetect faces, dismiss a selected face, undo and redo edits, zoom and pan, compare before and after and change intensity.

Yes. In the image editor you can choose a watermark font and enter optional watermark text before exporting the edited image.

The editor can download the edited image as JPG, PNG, or WEBP. The download button is enabled when the current image has visible detections or a watermark to export.

Enter your 16-character license code in the Licenses view to activate this device. The app validates the license with blur.fish and stores the activation locally. You can release the license from this device if you want to use it elsewhere.
